I moved to 300 Richmond Rd after 8 years working from home and I have never looked back. The staff are friendly, flexible and obliging, the services offered are extensive and extremely useful for small businesses. Having a reception area, meeting rooms and free onsite parking is invaluable in presenting a professional face to my business. Located centrally, with quick access to the city and motorway not to mention local cafes is a real selling point. The tenants are friendly and helpful, we often use each other’s services and act as an extended marketing and referral system for each other, and we even manage to fit in the occasional Friday night drink in the café!

I spent some three years running my internet audio visual sales from home.
Gradually the products and office took over the spare bedroom, then the garage and finally the main bedroom.

I have kept an office at 300 Richmond Road for 18 months and have found it to be extremely good.

All staff associated with the building are invariably professional and friendly. I have found that they have been great support to me when I’ve needed things done. This includes management, reception , cleaning and maintenance staff.

Communication is first rate whether it be about matters relating to the whole building or just myself and my office.
The equipment and systems used to run the building are efficient and easy to use.
The building itself is very secure (important in my line of work) and there is 24 hour access for “residents”.

I can’t speak highly enough of it.

I spent many weeks looking for an rented office that ideally suited a small business without the expense and being tied to a long term contract.

My requirement was to have a central location, a professional serviced environment with plenty of free parking.

The offices at 300R certainly exceeded my expectations starting with the Management & Reception Staff who are always friendly and keen to assist.

The location offers excellent facilities with a high standard of cleaniness. I love the ability to be able to grow into larger & studio offices if required at a later date along with the option of using storage facilities as well.
